Hostel Pupa - Kotor

The hostel had a great location, just a short walk from the old town, supermarkets, and the beach. The beds were comfortable, with curtains and separation for privacy. The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting with activities and transportation. The hostel also offered a well-equipped kitchen and good WiFi.

Not obvious to find.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who provided great recommendations for local activities. the location was also very convenient with easy access to the market for daily supplies and the bus station for further exploration. the common areas were well-maintained and spacious, making for a comfortable space to connect with other travelers.

The communal space was a bit cramped, which detracted from the overall hostel experience. the upper bunk mattresses were uncomfortable and difficult to access, causing some discomfort.

The location couldn't be better, with fine views of Kotor Port and the Old Town just a short walk away. The staff at the hostel were helpful, giving me tips on how to save money while exploring the area. They even told me about a local market where I could find fresh and cheap fruits and vegetables. The hostel itself was comfortable and had great facilities. I had a wonderful experience at Pupa and would definitely recommend it to others.

I loved the ambiance of this hostel as it. The staff members were kind and helpful, making me feel at ease throughout my stay. Plus, the location was ideal as it offered amazing views of the bay and was also conveniently located near public transportation. the hotel facilities were perfect, especially the super clean kitchen with everything necessary to cook a meal.

Honestly, there was nothing not to like.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, always ready to give great tips and information about the city. The location couldn't have been better - close to the bus station and the old town, but not too noisy. The beds were comfortable and the rooms and bathroom were cleaned regularly.

Some beds were too close to the windows and there were no dark curtains, which let in too much light in the morning. the WiFi occasionally didn't work for a few hours, although most restaurants and cafes in the area offered free WiFi.

The hotel's location is perfect, directly overlooking the beautiful waterfront and near the historic city center. The rooms are equipped with many beds, each with bed curtains for privacy, making it easy to share a room with other travelers. The basic amenities are great, with breakfast included in the price, making it very good value for money.

All aspects of this hotel were good and satisfactory.

the staff, Zeljka and Kristina, were amazing. They were not only knowledgeable about the area and Montenegro, but also made sure that I felt comfortable and had everything I needed. We even had a great time making delicious pancakes together. the warm atmosphere at the hostel allowed me to meet incredible fellow travelers, with whom I rented cars to explore the entire country. the location of the hostel was perfect, close to the old town, bus station, and all the amenities I required. Cons: Nothing, it is perfect! ✨.

Great location near the sea and walking distance to the town center. Fantastic views and a nice beach nearby. The staff was friendly and offered useful local tips. Free Wifi and a well-equipped kitchen were available.

The dorm beds were uncomfortable and squeaky. The air conditioning was not sufficient, making for a sticky, restless night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. This venue is situated right near the sea and in the Old Town. The staff were very accommodating and helped us with car hire and tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities were excellent with air conditioning, a sitting area, and a patio. We appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the soundproofed rooms. There was a lovely garden area with furniture to relax in and even a washing machine and dryer available for use. We loved the shared kitchen and dining spaces as they were clean and had all needed facilities.

This hotel is a great value for the price. It has basic amenities, big lockers, and really comfortable beds with curtains that give you enough privacy. It's located directly on the waterfront, right near the sea and just outside of the old town. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and breakfast is included in the price.

No aspect needs to be improved, all was great.

Location: The hotel is conveniently located outside the bustling crowds of the old town, with the gate right outside and offering great views of the nearby mountains and old town. it is just a 2-minute walk from the bus terminal and there is a supermarket just 1 minute away, making it very convenient for guests.

Room size and facilities: The rooms in the hotel were a bit small and lacked spaciousness. there were only two toilets/showers available, which could be inconvenient during peak times.

The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the old town and the bus station. The staff was very helpful in providing recommendations for activities and places to eat. Although the room was a bit small and stuffy in the middle of summer, the air conditioning made it comfortable enough to sleep.
